Rebecca joined Precruitment having come from a successful career in marketing management and consultancy.
After spending 10 years working for Origin Energy in a variety of senior marketing roles, Rebecca moved into consultancy as the Marketing Manager for one of Adelaide’s leading Public Relations and Marketing firms.
Success in this environment required highly developed communication and negotiation skills, together with the ability to provide the right advice and recommendations with efficiency and effectiveness.
Rebecca is now using these skills to assist businesses throughout Far North Queensland to recruit and select permanent staff, across a broad range of industries, with an emphasis on administration, marketing and human resources positions.
Analytical and strategic by nature, Rebecca uses these strengths together with her ability to relate to people from all levels and backgrounds to find the right outcomes for both the candidates and clients.
Rebecca is also tertiary qualified with a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) obtained from the University of Adelaide.
