As a dedicated professional with expertise in business administration, it is Madeleine’s aim to pursue excellence as a highly recognised Administration Manager for the Precruitment Team.

Madeleine provides Consultant Support to the temporary and permanent divisions of Precruitment. She assists the Managing Director and the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure continuous improvement of our Quality Assurance ISO9001:2008 system. Madeleine also provides administration support to the finance department.

Madeleine’s background in marketing, event management and real estate has shaped her knowledge, outstanding customer service and communication skills to provide a superior level of assistance to clients, candidates and the Precruitment team. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Maddie.

Madeleine graduated from University in the United States with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with minors in Marketing and Human Resource Management.
