Prior to joining Precruitment Kylie’s most recent experience is 10 years in Senior Project and Tender Management roles within both the Private and Public Sector in various regional locations.
Her career commenced in Sydney in a variety of business development and consulting roles, finally moving into recruitment for a large multinational organisation. It was after 3 years in the fast paced and competitive Sydney Recruitment market, that Kylie and her family made the decision to relocate to North Western NSW. It was here that her understanding of the challenges and benefits associated with regional business was developed. As a liaison between private and public sector organisations her role was to ensure that projects and tenders came in on time and/or on budget. It is Kylie’s attention to detail and her ability to build strong business relationships that has facilitated her success.
Kylie’s primary focus since joining Precruitment has been to further develop the successful contract and temporary recruiting division of Precruitment Cairns.
