Jan subscribes to ethical practices and has long been associated with the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association (RSCA), the industry national professional body. Jan has held tutorial, mentoring and training roles for the RCSA and has been particularly involved in the training of new Recruitment Consultants.
Jan has held senior roles in both local boutique recruitment agencies and large international firms. Her expertise has been developed through diverse roles that have included Permanent Placement Consultant, Commercial, Executive Recruitment Consultant, Local Government, Team Leader, Account Manager, Business Development Manager and Branch Manager.
