Senior Consultant

Dawn brings knowledge & experience to her role as Senior Consultant with a specialist focus in the recruitment of permanent positions in Engineering, Construction, Mining & Technical professionals. Her background comprises many years within Customer Services for large multinational organisations & five years in an International Human Resource Officer role for a major Oil & Gas organisation.

Working for a multinational recruitment consultancy in the technical labour hire & Engineering department, Dawn used her HR background to deliver clients & candidates with the highest level of service, matching skills & cultural fit & was often complimented on her exceptional client care.

Dawn has been involved with Indigenous recruitment & training for large mining corporations, gaining valuable lessons in the cultural complexities & understanding of Aboriginal communities.

Dawn has completed her Master's degree in Human Resource Development which complements her interest in ensuring the right fit & best practice for all parties concerned.

When not at work, Dawn teaches gymnastics to able & disabled children & is an international official for the Special Olympics Movement.
