A dedicated professional, Colleen provides administration management and support to the Precruitment team to help achieve organisational goals and improve team productivity and efficiency. Colleen has an eye for detail, creative thinking and problem-solving acumen which makes her a strategic asset for both clients and candidates alike. She is highly organized with outstanding follow through and a comprehensive grounding in management and operations.

Colleen has a background in Office Management, Marketing and Administration from within the recruitment and engineering service industries. She has also worked in hospitality having held positions as Catering and Functions Manager as well as Restaurant Manager in well-known establishments.  Our clients, candidates and team benefit from her ability to effectively multi- task whilst adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining a strong customer first focus.

As the QAR she assists the Managing Director and the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure continuous improvement of our Quality Assurance ISO9001:2008 system. In addition Colleen provides administration support to the finance department and is the company H&S Officer.

With strong technical skills Colleen has been instrumental in the implementation, rollout and training of Precruitment’s upgraded office equipment including cloud based Office 365, remote interviewing and meeting capabilities, CRM and telephony system as well as new servers and PCs.

Colleen has qualifications in Marketing, Tendering and Hotel Management and is dedicated to Voluntary work in her spare time.
