Catherine's recruitment career commenced in the labour hire industry, working for large multinational organisations in the capacity of a Recruitment Consultant, Workplace Health & Safety Officer, Account Manager & Business Development Manager for North Queensland. She has also worked "on site", recruiting for the mining industry. 

Catherine has expertise recruiting for both temporary & permanent roles in commercial, administration, professional & industrial across numerous business & Government sectors. Catherine's experience includes the preparation of business plans to effectively source quality candidates & the management of end-to-end recruitment assignments.
