Caitlin completed her high school education at Trinity Anglican School where she was awarded an Excellence Award for her academic results. Caitlin was also active in a variety of activities including taking leadership roles as the Performing Arts Captain, with her outstanding Violin skills; she was also a Student Council Member and was awarded Distinctions for the University of New South Wales English Competition for six straight years.

Caitlin joined Precruitment in 2007 after returning from studies in Sydney where she was working towards her Mass Communications degree majoring in Public Relations. Caitlin is continuing her degree via distance with the University of Southern Queensland and is soon to graduate with a Distinction grade average.

Caitlin is now the right hand person to our MD and has the lead role in the continuous improvement and development of our Quality Assured ISO 9001:2008 system. Caitlin is also a tremendous team player, assisting the Consultants not only with administration functions but with continuous encouragement, support and training. She is the welcoming face of our business and the epitome of Precruitment’s ideal of customer service.
