Caitlin’s key focus at Precruitment is to further nurture and develop the successful contract and temporary recruitment division of Precruitment Cairns.
Caitlin has expertise in understanding the needs of her clients and presenting them with efficient and timely solutions. A natural people person, Caitlin builds solid and lasting relationships with her temp staff, ensuring qualified and experienced candidates from all backgrounds are available at shortest notice.
As well as managing the temporary recruitment division, Caitlin has a lead role driving our Quality Assured ISO9001:2008 system. With her strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement, Caitlin works closely with the Managing Director and our Quality Assurance Representative to achieve service levels of the highest standard across all areas of the business.
Combining her university studies and fulltime employment, Caitlin started with Precruitment in 2007 in the role of Administrator/Consultant Support. In 2009 Caitlin advanced to Executive Administration Assistant and Quality Assurance Representative and in 2010 she moved in to her current combined role as Consultant – Temporary Division and Quality Assurance Manager.
Caitlin has recently completed her degree in Mass Communications with the University of Southern Queensland with a Distinction grade average.
